Guard it well and heed the instructions below to render it from its frozen state to something of substance.
Water: 375g
Salt: 12g
Sourdough Starter: 75g (Or leave a bit of yeast in equal parts water/flour to make a poolish overnight and use 75g of that instead)
Bread Flour: 500g
Hot Honey: 12g
Mix all ingredients together into a shaggy dough
Pull and fold the dough after 1 hour
Repeat the pull and fold on the dough 3 more times every 30 minutes
Let dough rest and double in size for 8 hours or overnight
Place dough in the fridge for 3 hours to 24 hours in a covered bowl or banneton
Leave dough in the fridge until the Dutch Oven is preheated in the instructions below
Preheat oven with Dutch Oven inside to 450 degrees F
Let the Dutch Oven heat an additional 20 minutes
Bake the bread dough in the Dutch oven for 30 minutes covered
Bake the bread dough in the Dutch oven for 10 minutes uncovered
Leave bread on wire rack for 2 hours to fully cool
Eat immediately or freeze for later

Leave BREAD on the counter for about 1 hour to thaw from Freezer.
Preheat oven to 350.
Rinse the loaf under tap water for a couple seconds or spritz it so the outside is slightly wet.
Place the BREAD in the oven directly on the rack for 10 minutes and check it every couple minutes until it has a nice crust.
